So my No.8 seat is right at the center of the front row! During Friday UNI.T fansign event, I was No.11 and my seat was right at the center of the front row too, WOW..... Seems like my right hand turned into "golden hand" in this Korea trip~ However my golden hand will be until today only, since I will be taking flight and leave Korea at tomorrow, and I don't know when will I come to Korea again, I don't even know will I get to meet UNI.T again........ I was sitting at my No.8 seat, a Korean fan negotiated with me that if I willing to exchange seat with him, he will give me a bunch of UNI.T album photocards~ Wah......... I was tempted~ But I rejected him~ Ended up the No.9 seat beside me was emptied all the time, so that Korean fan just shifted and sat there, eventually I helped him to save his photocards~ Then an auntie staff who is working for the CD shop which organized this fansign event, came to tell me that they are lack of manpower, so she asked me to lend her a hand at arranging tables and chairs on the stage later after the UNI.T members came out for group photo time, she even mentioned that other fans who sitting at the front row will help too. Oh? Okay, no problem~ I agreed with it. When it was around time, all UNI.T members came up to the stage for group photo time:
Then, all the members went back to the backstage. I put down my phone, and saw the auntie staff raising her hand to call me for help. Alright~ I stood up and went up to the stage to help the staffs arrange the tables and chairs. But hey............ Didn't she said that other fans at front row will help out too? Why now only me one fan and three staffs on the stage only? Ahjumma you lied!! That's why later all my friends jokingly asked me since when I became the staff of CD shop........... After arranging the tables and chairs, the liar...... I meant the Ahjumma said thank you to me, and once I went back to my seat, another staff already calling everyone sitting at the 1st row to go line up to receive signatures....... 1st was Jiwon~ Once I sat down in front of Jiwon, Jiwon said:"Orae manni ae yo."(it has been a long time.) Well~ Jiwon remembered that I came before~ While Jiwon busy siging on the album page, I didn't have anything to say and my mind was still blanked after helping to arrange tables and chairs, so I said:"Soljikhi jigeum chongxim jom obseo yo." (Actually, my mind is totally blank now.) Jiwon smiled and asked:"Because your number is too front, right?" "Yeah~" I nodded and said:"keuligo.... cho neun naeil ka yo." (By the way, I will be leaving tomorrow.) Jiwon asked me which country I am from, and I told her is Malaysia. Then the staff came and asked me to move. "Apero tasi pulsu itnen ji more jiman.......hangsang haengbok hasae yo." (Don't know will we have chance to meet again at the future......anyway please be happy always~) I told Jiwon before leaving my chair, Jiwon smiled and said thank you. Jiwon's signed page:
Jiwon even drew a crying face for me........ Jiwon ah...... You must always be happy~~~ Next was Suji~ Once I sat down, Suji said:"Orae manni ae yo."(it has been a long time.) I laughed and said:"We just met at Friday, is it long time?" Suji smiled and replied:"Keraedo orae manni ae yo." (Still........it has been a long time.) Alright, you win. Then the staff came and asked me to move already.......... so fast! "Cho neun naeil kayo."(I am leaving tomorrow.) I continued saying:"Najung ae kihuei twindamyeon ddo pua yo~" (Let's meet again if there is any chance at the future~) Suji smiled and said yes. Such a good girl~~~ Next was the cutie NC.A~ NC.A saw me and asked:"Keumyoil ae wat jio?" (You came at Friday right?) "Oh.......kiyeok riok jjang iyo."(Your memory is good.) I praised her. Then NC.A signed on my album page:
I pointed at NC.A's signature, and joked: "NC.A ssi sign eun twigae kwiyowo yo. Yangpa katta yo." (Your signature is cute, looks like onion~) Of course I knew it wasn't onion, I just trying to tease NC.A since she is so cute~ NC.A heard what I said, laughed until laid back on her chair, and said:""Hahaha! Yangpa rae..........hahaha! Yangpa ani ae yo! (Hahaha! Onion.......... hahaha! It is not onion!) Wow..... NC.A is just totally cute~~~~~~~~~~~ NC.A explained that her signature is actually her self-portrait, which consists of her face, a ribbon above, then a bunch of hair, she drew some straight lines on the face, to show that it is her bangs. "It looked very round, so I thought it is onion~"I explained. NC.A then drew a food on the album page, said that she designed her signature according to that food. What food? Sorry....I didn't listen clearly that time.......... Next was Hyunjoo~ "Oppa matjio?"The 1st thing Hyunjoo asked me. (Oppa right?) Seems like Hyunjoo still remembers the samchon oppa incident at Friday~ While Hyunjoo busy signing, I asked her whether is she interested at acting, what kind of character she would like to act as. Hyunjoo answered that she would like to try acting as character with 4-dimensional thinking, always did unexpected thing, and don't mind to destroy her own image~ So unique character........ Next was ZN~ I told ZN that I am leaving tomorrow, so she asked:"Onjae tasi wa yo?" (When will you come to Korea again?) Hey........ I am not God, I don't know when will LABOUM comeback, so how to answer you............. "Ama.............nae nyeon?"(Maybe........... next year?) I replied. Then ZN left a message on my album:
ZN:"year 2019............ it is very far, but let's meet again that time." Next was leader Woohee~ Same like Jiwon, Woohee also the person whom I am not sure whether I will have chance to meet again at the future. Especially after the contract of UNI.T members ended.............. I told Woohee that I am leaving tomorrow, and she also asked me when will I come to Korea again. I said next year. Woohee said that next year must meet again~ "Kel.........kelsae yo...."(Hmmm..... about this.......) I wasn't sure. Everyone please don't misunderstand, it is not that I don't want to meet Woohee, but after contract of UNI.T ended, is not easy to have chance to see her again. No choice, I am actually quite a realistic person......... Woohee never give up and said:"Nae nyeon ae kok pua yo!" (We must meet again next year!) Woohee ah.........T_T
Next was Yebin~ We greeted with each other, then Yebin silently signing at the album, and I spun my head trying to find something to talk....... Okay! Something popped out from my mind! "Ojae.....sosik el terot so yo......."(I saw the news yesterday......) Yebin lifted her head to look at me, I continued: "DIA taem tal ae comeback sosik..." (the news about DIA having comeback next month....) Yebin nodded and said that she would like to promote together. I said if you promote together, must be very tired for you~ Yebin smiled and said being tired is good too, but the company still not yet decide anything, so even though she would like to join the comeback but doesn't know can or not. Well........ Maybe there was a decision already, but Yebin didn't tell me only~ By the way her message is quite long......
Beside us, the chair in front of Euijin was emptied, I stood up to move to the chair. Yebin lifted her left palm to high touch with me, I automatically raised my right palm....... Oh? Euijin looking at us now~ And my right palm frozen halfway on my way to high touch with Yebin~ Even though they are all UNI.T members, but subconsciously seems like I still not dare to high touch with members from other group in front of SONAMOO members......... So I quickly changed to wave hand and said good bye, Yebin laughed and waved back at me. Beside us, Euijin saw our awkward situation and kept laughing~ Next was Euijin~ Euijin greeted me with her perfect eyes smile~ I told Euijin that I am leaving tomorrow, same like ZN, Euijin also asked me when will I come to Korea again. Hey....... I am not God, I don't know when will SONAMOO comeback, how can I answer you......... "Ama.......nae nyeon?"(Maybe.....next year?) I said. "Pogo sippel go ae yo."(I will miss you.) Euijin said with a sad face. Then Euijin raised her left palm, and I naturally high touched with her~ If Yebin saw me high touched with Euijin so naturally, don't know what will she be thinking~ Euijin's message:
Euijin very seldom left me a message during SONAMOO period though~ Actually Euijin is very good~ But Minjae treated me a lot better, so~~~ Last was Yoonjo~ Aiks...... Same like Jiwon and Woohee, Yoonjo is one more person that I don't know whether I will have chance to meet again at the future....... Same like Woohee, Yoonjo told me to meet me again next year after telling her that I might come to Korea again next year. "Kel........kelsae yo....."(Hmmm.... about this.....) I wasn't sure. "Nae nyeon ae kok pua yo! Kok!"(Next year we must meet again! MUST!) Yoonjo even forced me to make a pinky swear with her~ Alright, you won~ After making pinky swear and let Yoonjo satisfied, I said good bye to her and went off the stage. Yoonjo ah.... You are so good~~~
If not because of THE UNIT, I don't think so I will have chance to meet Jiwon, Woohee, Suji, Hyunjoo and Yoonjo in my life. Everything is unconfirmed at the future, of course I would like to see them again at the future is there is chance, but........... Well........ Everything just depends on fate ~ Back to my seat, I roughly wrote down our conversation then started to record fancams~ There was an angry bird wandering around the stage that day:

If you want to search for previous chapters, feel free to visit My KPOP Memories Timeline ~ 8th June 2018 (Friday) I believe those who followed my blog since the starting, knew that I not only watched every episode of THE UNIT, but also wrote an article for each episode. This time I came to Korea for a very short term, reached at Thursday and left at the following Monday, only 4 days totally. UNI.T was having fansign event at Friday, Saturday and Sunday, so I decided to join their Friday fansign event~ Sadly though, UNI.T didn't have any pre-recording for that few days, so my only chance to see them will be the fansign event only. Right now, I will read about the fansign event at Friday~ The Friday fansign venue was located at KBS building near Yongdeungpo station, yeah, KBS building~ After reaching, I went to the registration counter to draw my seat number......... Wow! No.11 ! I didn't prepare enough though, and I need to go up to receive signatures so early!? Anyway......... The fansign hall is very spacious and 20 fans one row, so even though my seat number is 11, I got to sit at the center seat of the most front row~ Thanks to my golden hand~ My view that time:
Before starting signing, the UNI.T members came up to the stage by 3 members a group for photo time. After that, all the members came up together and the fansign officially started! Since I am no.11, so very fast my turn to go up.... First was leader Woohee~ Talking about Woohee, actually I saw her before at DAL SHABET fan meeting at WAPOP during year 2014, then I saw her again at year 2015 when I followed MINX to enter the Idol Sports recording, that time we MINX fans sat right beside DAL SHABET fans~ (Please read My Memories with DREAMCATCHER chapter10 for details~) Okay, let's back to the topic......... Once I saw down, I used my usual opening sentence. What opening sentence? Well........ Usually when the idol first time seeing me, I will ask them whether they can speak English or not. Then either they will say sorry or say they can speak a little of English, so I will tell them to just talk in Korean language, and make them feel more comfortable to talk with me. Woohee was surprised that my Korean language was quite fluent, she even left a message to praise me:
Then Woohee asked me which country I am from. At that time I still not yet decide whether to join Sunday fansign or not, so since I might only attend one fansign, even if I tell Woohee where I from, she might not be able to remember, so I let her guess~ Woohee said a few country names and none of it was correct. Beside Woohee was Euijin, Euijin already done signing and the fan moved away already, so she leaned her head on Woohee's shoulder to listen to our conversation~ Woohee turned and asked Euijin about my country. LOL Woohee is funny, what if Euijin never saw me before? Then she won't know which country I am from~ But the thing is Euijin did know me, since I went to so many SONAMOO events before~ (Please read my Memories with SONAMOO for details~) While I was amazed that Woohee asked the right person, Euijin looked at me, opened her mouth and try to say something, but nothing came out LOL I think Euijin realized that she didn't know where do I from even though we met so many times before~ "More jio."(You don't know right.) I laughed at Euijin. While I moved to next chair in front of Euijin, I told Woohee: "Kihui rel twindamyeon ddo pua yo." (Let's see each other again if there is a chance.) Well..... I still not yet decide to attend Sunday fansign or not~ Next was Euijin who thought she knew well about me but actually not~ Euijin welcomed me with her eye smiles and said thanks for coming to see her. Hmmm.... Seems like she really thought that I have no other groups except SONAMOO~ If anyone watched the Vlive of UNI.T, Euijin mistakenly said Duribab instead of Durian. Her mistake actually left quite an impression at me, since Durian is very famous in my country~ So I took out Durian flavoured chocolate, and said:"I brought your Duribab today~" Euijin saw the Durian picture on the box, and heard me saying Duribab, she laughed until her upper body lying on the table~ Yebin who sitting beside Euijin also heard me saying Duribab, and she laughed too. Yebin asked:"Duribab really existed?" "No, just Durian only, I brought it here to joke with Euijin."I answered. Then I told Euijin to meet again if have chance, and moved to Yebin. Next was Yebin~ Talking about Yebin......... Actually I attended DIA first debut fansign event last time~ (Please look forward to my Memories with DIA special chapter which I will be writing soon to celebrate July comeback of DIA~) Same like Woohee, Yebin was curious about where I from. Of course, I let Yebin guessed again same like Woohee, and she couldn't get it right too~ When the staff asked me to move, Yebin even left a message on my album:
Yebin's message:"Where did you from? ㅠ_ㅠ" Next was Suji~ Talking about Suji, actually I am interested at THE ARK last time. Sadly THE ARK disbanded before I get to meet them........ Now I was able to meet Suji, so part of my regrets was fulfilled........ Suji saw me and asked:"Choemi jio?"(First time attending, right?) Wow, I bet Suji must be very confident with her ability to remember fans face. I nodded, then I asked Suji whether is she interested at acting, what type of character she would like to act as. Suji answered:"Sakek i yo." Huh? Sakek? I could only think of sakiok (shooting), so I asked is it character using gun or archery. Suji shook her head and repeated:"Sakek......yoksa zhongliu....." (Historical drama..... something related with history...) "Ahhh!" Now only I understood and said:"You must be liking Hanbok a lot." Suji said yes. Next was NC.A who has a loud voice~ We greeted with each other, and NC.A asked me what I eat just now. "Toast."I answered. So NC.A drew a toast on my album:
By the way NC.A's signature is so cuteeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee~ Next was Hyunjoo~ If you already read my Memories with APRIL special chapter, I did attend Tinkerbell Showcase before, and I attended APRIL fansign event too. Sadly Hyunjoo was absent for that particular fansign event that I attended, so I only received signatures from the rest of the 4 members, and it became one of my regrets of not having signature by Hyunjoo. Now, I finally have the chance to fulfill my regret~ Back to the topic........ We greeted with each other, Hyunjoo asked:"Oppa yo?" "Aniyo. Samchon yo."(No, I am old enough to be uncle.) I joked. Then Hyunjoo really wrote at my album TO:XX samchon......... So I pretended to be very sad, and told Hyunjoo that instead of samchon, I prefer to be called as oppa~ Hyunjoo saw my sad face, she quickly drew a black heart to cover the "samchon" and wrote oppa:
Then Hyunjoo explained that last time there was a fan who prefers her to write samchon instead of oppa, so she thought I was like that too........ According to the analysis of my friend and me, the fan who mentioned by Hyunjoo might be a friend of us who always went to APRIL fansign long time ago~ Next was Yoonjo~ When talking about Yoonjo, of course need to mention HELLO VENUS~ My friend Y loves HELLO VENUS since they debut, by his influence, I also started to pay attention at them. Who knows later........ Ara and Yoonjo left the team............ Then HELLO VENUS recruited two new members and comeback, I went to see them before. (Please look forward to my Memories with HELLO VENUS~) Being able to meet with Yoonjo whom I thought I will never have chance to meet her, this is one of the amazing things did by THE UNIT~ Back to topic....... We greeted with each other, same like Woohee and Yebin, Yoonjo was curious about where did I from since I am quite fluent in Korean language. Since I not sure I will come again or not, so after telling Yoonjo also she couldn't remember, so I let her guessed. Yoonjo tried two times also couldn't get it right, so I gave her a hint by letting her to ask question about me. Yoonjo asked whether am I come from tropical country. Wow..... Smart question... I nodded and said yes, Yoonjo said Thailand. So close........ Yet so far~ Yoonjo gave up and kept asking me to tell her. So I simply told Yoonjo a joke, she laughed until lying back on her chair and covered her face to laugh, I took the chance to move to next member~ Next was ZN~ Talking about ZN, actually I am quite close with LABOUM. Not only did I go to a lot of LABOUM fansign events, I even had meal with them. (Please look forward to my Memories with LABOUM~) Back to the topic........ We greeted and said long time no see to each other. Since I didn't plan to go tomorrow UNI.T fansign, and tomorrow 9th June is ZN's birthday, so I told ZN that I couldn't come for tomorrow and here is your birthday present~ ZN received the present happily. I joked that after knowing her for so many years, this is still the first time I gave her a gift~ ZN read my name on the birthday present, and compared it with my name on the album, then asked:"kendae.....wae ireumi talra yo?" (But.......why your name is different?) Oooops!! I was careless!! I wrote the nickname that I always used in LABOUM fan cafe on ZN's birthday present, and I used the nickname that I always used in SONAMOO fan cafe for everyone to sign! Well....... My name is different since I using different nicknames at different girl group fan cafe~ Of course I can't explain like this!! So........... I explained: "Ah.........yigeo yongo ireumi go igo hangul ireumi yo~" (Ah....... this is my English name, that is my translated Korean name.) Seeing ZN nodded her head, guess I am no more in danger~ (maybe?) Last was Jiwon. With Jiwon I really didn't know what to say to her, so we greeted with each other, then I said it was glad that you became TOP9 of The Unit, so now I finally have the chance to see you. Jiwon smiled and said thank you. Then the staff asked me to move, so I went down the stage~ But then I didn't go back to my seat, instead went to the back row and talked to two SONAMOO fans. We all agreed that Euijin is kind of different than last time~ Don't misunderstand, different in the good way we meant~ From my opinion, at SONAMOO, the center figure is always Nahyun, and Euijin is just main dancer, plus Euijin is more on the younger sister side in the team, so sometimes she didn't fully express herself, and always felt like she was just a side character. After joining THE UNIT, Euijin not only grew a lot of self-confident, but she also started to have the "I AM THE CENTER, I AM THE MAIN CHARACTER"realization. Not only Euijin, even the same for ZN. Some of the LABOUM fans that I know always said that ZN's atmosphere changed and felt like more bright now. As for other UNI.T members, I will not comment anything since I am not close with them~ At most also saw them one or two times before. No matter how, me, SONAMOO fans, LABOUM fans all agreed the same thing, we hope that UNI.T can last forever. Since nowadays the fans can like more than one group, why can't an idol belongs to more than one group? isn't it time now for a new change? After chit-chatting with friends, I only went back to my seat which was the center seat of the front row. This is another reason why I like attending UNI.T fansign event, we have the freedom to move around anywhere except the front area, not like other fansign event where you must stick your butt on your seat, which you were treated like a student, attending fansign is like listening to lesson in a class, no freedom....... After the fansign ended, originally I have no plan to attend another UNI.T fansign, but since I have nothing to do at Sunday 2pm, and the freedom given to us during fansign, plus the members also very good, so I decided to attend one more UNI.T fansign at Sunday! Thanks for reading.
