When OH MY GIRL debuted last time, I didn't really put attention at them, it was until they comeback with the best song "CLOSER", I started to like the girls~ Well, even though I like OH MY GIRL, but not until the level that I willing to fly to Korea for them~ Until April year 2016, I was at Korea and OH MY GIRL was promoting "LIAR LIAR". By the encouragements of my friends especially Thailand friend B, I bought 4 albums and entered their fansign. (That time only needed 4 albums~ Now? Oooops...............~ ~) The fansign venue was inside IFC Mall, there was a very kind person recorded the whole fansign:：
Thanks to the fancam above, even though it has been 3 years, but I still able to recall some of my interaction with the members~ I remember that my number was 50 something, so around half of the fansign event, it was my turn for signatures~ When lining up at the side, I was quite excited~ Not only because I got to see the members in close distance, but this was also my first time to have chair for me to sit down while talking to the idols~ (Not a lot of company provided chairs that time........) Finally my turn~~~ The first member was leader Hyojung~ Hyojung looked at me and asked:"Choemi yo?"(First time?) "Nae."(Yes.) I nodded. "Odiso watso yo?"(Where did you from?) Hyojung asked again. "Ni maem sok aeso watso yo~"(I am from your heart~) I jokingly said. Hyojung laughed because of my answer, then she asked:"Bab mokkotso yo?" (Did you eat?) "Ajikki yo."(Not yet.) I shook my head. "Muol mokko sippeo yo?"(What food you feel like want to eat now?) Hyojung continued asking. "Hyojung neun yo?" I asked her back. "Bbang!"(Bread!) Hyojung answered. “Hoksi Haeyo TV aeso malhaetton ke bbangi yo? Chodo mokko pogo sippeo yo.” (Is it the bread that you mentioned in Haeyo TV? I would like to have a try too~) I said. Hyojung was so happy that I remembered what she said in the show, and she said:"Kihwi twinda myeon katchi mokko yo~" (Let's eat together if there is a chance~) Wow~~~ Hyojung really knows how to win a fan's heart~~~ Hyojung's signature:
The following member was Seunghee~ Since Seunghee was sick in recent progamme that she attended, so I asked about her health. Seunghee was very happy that I cared about her, so she drew a lot of hearts on my album:
"Wah~ Heart waekae manna yo?"(Wow~ Why you drew so many hearts?) I was surprised. The staff came and asked me to move. So I stood up and showed Seunghee a finger heart~ Then Seunghee was shy and covered her face with both her hands, I was shocked because of her reaction, it was just a small finger heart............ Nevertheless, Seunghee is so cuteeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee~~~ Next was maknae Arin~ I sat down and Arin started to talk with me with some normal topics that usually talked in first time meeting. We talked not long and the chair in front of next member Jiho already emptied~~~ At that time my bias member was Jiho, so I said goodbye to Arin and moved~ Arin's signature:
Next was my bias member Jiho~ Same as Hyojung, Jiho also asked where did I come from. "Ni maem sok aeso watso yo~"(I am from your heart~) I again jokingly said. "Ha! Ha! Ha!" Jiho's laugh was quite loud~ "Actually I am from Malaysia~" Later only I confessed. Then Jiho started to rap........I meant she started to talk a lot of things about Malaysia. Since my Korean language skill wasn't as good as now, so I only able to hear Jiho said that the seaside at Malaysia is beautiful, she would like to swim at there~ "Katchi kaja!"(Let's go together!) I joked. "Ha! Ha! Ha! Keulsae yo~"(Ha! Ha! Ha! Let's see how later~) Jiho laughed. Jiho's signature:
The following member was YooA~ YooA saw my name which was written in Korean language, then she tried to use Chinese language at me:"Nihao~" (Hello~) ??? I totally didn't expect that YooA will try to communicate with me in Chinese language~ So I was both shocked and blurred. So I asked for confirmation:"Akka........junggukko rel haetso yo?" (Just now.... you spoke in Chinese language?) YooA nodded and again showed off her Chinese language skill by saying:"Nihao, wo shi YooA, hen gaoxing renshi ni." (Hello, I am YooA, glad to meet you.) "Wah! Nomu chal hae yo!"(Wow! You are good!) I gave YooA a thumb up. YooA was very happy and continued to focus on signing my album. Coincidentally the mall was playing "LIAR LIAR" song, so I said:"Cho nen ibon norae YooA part jaeil choa yo~" (I like YooA's part the most for this song.) YooA was very happy to hear that, she asked me whether is it the chorus part, and she even showed some dance moves with her hands. "Aniyo. Majimak part yo."(No, the final part.) I shook my head, then sang a bit:"Sikan el bolso~~~~" YooA was very excited, but the staff came and asked me to move. "Chaju pua yo~"(Let's see more often~) YooA did a pinky promise with me then only let me move. From that time, my bias member changed to YooA~~~~ YooA's signature:
Next was Binnie~ Same as Hyojung and Jiho, Binnie also asked where did I come from. "Ni maem sok aeso watso yo~"(I am from your heart~) I joked again. Binnie laughed and said:"Wanjeon babel goae yo." (You will be very busy then.) "Wae yo?"(Why?) I asked. Binnie explained that because her heart is a mess, so if I am inside her heart, I will move here and there because everything is messy~ Such an unique answer~~~~ Binnie's signature:
The following member was Mimi~ I sat down and pointed at a bunch of fansite masters behind the barricade on the right side, then I asked Mimi did she see my Thailand friend B. Mimi turned her head to see and nodded at me, well, my friend B was one of fansite master of Mimi~ Then I told Mimi a joke, which the joke will be revealed by my friend B while she receiving signatures~ Who knows................ When friend B was receiving signatures from Mimi, Mimi didn't mention the joke I told her at all....................... Our plan was totally a failure.................-_- Mimi's signature:
The last member was JinE~ Basically we just talked about some normal and simple topics, until the staff asked me to move. "Wuri chaju pua yo~"(Let's see more often~) JinE lifted her palms for a high touch with me. I high touched with JinE then went back to my seat. That's all about my fan acc with OH MY GIRL when attending their fansign event. A week later, I left Korea and back to my own country. For the next two years, I went to Korea a few times, but OH MY GIRL didn't have comeback when I was at Korea, (if my memory served me right....) so I wasn't able to see the members again. Until year 2018, OH MY GIRL comeback with "Remember Me", coincidentally I was at Korea, so I saw the girls a few times during music shows recordings. How about fansign? According to their popularity now, I don't think that my wallet which was thin like paper could afford me..................>o< Anyway, I will always listen to OH MY GIRL new song~ OH MY GIRL fighting!!! The fansign venue was actually a ballroom in a luxury hotel, where inside the ballroom got free WIFI and free flow of plain water~ The only bad thing about the venue............. Except the first 2-3 rows, all other behind seats had to cope with the bad view. For this fansign, I randomly picked a no.90 seat, so yeah, zero fancam today............ After having enough of internet surfing and water drinking, finally it was my turn to receive signatures~ First member was Soyeon~ While Soyeon signing on my album, I curiously staring at the flower lamp on the table. Soyeon explained that every time when we touch the flower lamp, the lamp will change colour. "Ahh~~~" I touched the flower lamp with my finger a few times, and it did change colour, amazing~ I prepared a question post-it for Soyeon, and my question was "Which character you would like to wear as if you appear at Masked Singer?". Soyeon's answer:
Soyeon said that she would like to be some flower character, especially purple in colour, the best example will be violet~ The following member was ZN~ The question post-it I prepared for ZN was same as Soyeon, ZN's answer:
Giraffe of course~~~~~~~~ I said if ZN appears at Masked Singer, I could straight away tell is her since I am familiar with her voice~ ZN was happy and asked me what did I think about her singing voice. I praised that ZN's voice is husky and got her own charm~~~ At that time, UNI.T already announced comeback date, so I told ZN:"Since for this LABOUM promotion I already stayed at Korea for so long, so I won't be coming for UNI.T~" Then ZN said:"LABOUM manero osae yo." (Please come for LABOUM only.) At that time I thought ZN just wanted me to be loyal to LABOUM, but now looking back at it, it looked like a hint from ZN that since she won't be joining UNI.T comeback, so I didn't need to come. Hmmmm~~~~~~~~~~ Next was Yujeong~ I prepared the same question post-it for Yujeong as Soyeon and ZN, Yujeong's answer:
The famous Hello Kitty~~~ "Kendae Kitty ibi obneun dae yo."(But Kitty doesn't have a mouth.) I jokingly said. "Oh~ Keronae yo~"(Oh~ right though~) Yujeong just realized and laughed. While we talking, Yujeong was hugging a round shaped Doraemon pillow, but the pillow didn't have Doraemon's head on it. I said this pillow is special because it is headless. "Waenamyeon......"(Because......) Yujeong rested her head on the pillow, so her head became the head of the Doraemon~ SO CUTEEEE~~~~~~~~~~ "Saesang aeso jaeil yeppeun doraemon~"(The prettiest Doraemon in the world~) I praised. "Hahahah!" Yujeong laughed happily. That day Yujeong's mood was very good~~~ The following member was Haein~ Haein asked how to write my name in English letter and wrote it down on my album. "Jomsim muol mokotso yo?"(What did you have for lunch?) Haein asked. I said I ate chicken burger at Burger King, Haein asked the name of the burger, sadly I couldn't remember. "Do you like beef or pork?" Haein asked. "Haein~ I like Haein the most~" I joked. Haein laughed and said:"Chae ga mokneun got ani ae yo~" (I am not food~) Then I asked Haein beef or pork, her answer was beef~ "Ida muol hae yo?"(What's your plan later?) Haein asked. "Chingu rang ilbon ramyeon el mokero kayo." (I will go to eat Japanese ramen with friend.) I asnwered. Haein said we are special because we came to Korea but going to eat Japanese ramen~ Well....... Because the Japanese ramen is super delicious~~~ The last member was Solbin~ Since we didn't have chance to see LABOUM the next day, so I just gave Solbin her birthday gift at this fansign~ I told Solbin that it is just a small gift and Happy Birthday~ Solbin was grateful and said that it is not a small gift~ Then to verified the "Sarang iyotda" song, I hummed a small part of it, Solbin said yes that was the song she prepared for the final round of Masked Singer. "Onjae terelsu itna yo?"(When only we will have chance to listen to it?) I said. Solbin said maybe there will be chances at the future, during fan meeting or concert~ "Kendae ulmyeon andwai yo."(But don't cry when you listen to it.) Solbin smiled and said. Wow~ So high confident~~~ Then I asked about Solbin's costume when she competed in Masked Singer, she told me that the costume was actually decided by the TV station~ No wonder just now Yujeong they all could answered my question, that was because at the end, the TV station will be the one who decided which character costume they will be wearing to compete in Masked Singer! After the fansign event, my friend and I traveled back to Hongdae from Suwon and had the delicious Japanese ramen~ LABOUM members went to Japan the next day, and we only gotten chance to see them at the fansign events at the following weekend~ Thanks for reading.
