Memories with GWSN chapter38 : My 1st video call event for "LIKE IT HOT" promotion~

  

6th June 2021 (Sunday)

Today is the 3rd video call event of GWSN for the "LIKE IT HOT" promotion,

but it will be my first video call with them,

and I was very nervous since I it has been a year since I had video call with the members~

I am No.6 in the name list,

so 10 minutes after the event started,

I received the video call from the staff.

The 1st member was Anne, what a surprise for me~~~

Ended up I spent more than 10 seconds......

Just to make sure that can she hear me clearly....

This is because......

It is very noisy over there,

so I need to speak much more louder than usual,

almost like shouting already....

At that time,

I still having side effect of AZ vaccine,

which made my throat itchy like hell,

so I was quite struggling.

HOWEVER,

I am still happy for being able to meet the pretty Anne~~~

The first sentence I said:“Anne ni mannni yep…yeppeo jiot soyo.”

(Anne you looked pre....prettier.)

Well yeah,

after not speaking Korean language for more than six months,

I couldn't speak smoothly.

Then I asked Anne whether today is 1 minute per member?

Or 1.5 minutes per member?

Since the previous two video call had different time frame,

one was 1 minute and the other one was 1.5 minutes per member.

Obviously the company is not being fair to the fans,

they just treating the fans like rubbish.

“Ilbun samship cho yo."(1 minutes and 30 seconds.)

Anne asnwered.

And then....

I only remember that Anne said a lot of things to me,

but nothing special,

just things like long time no see,

I miss you,

please be healthy and etc.

For the whole duration of video call,

I had no problem listening clearly to what Anne saying,

but Anne sometimes not able to hear clearly what I said.

I discussed with other GWSN fans,

and they were having the same problem like me.

Obviously that the company let the members sat too close together,

they didn't follow the social distance rule.....

Anyway, the following member was Lena~~~

I remember that Lena asked me how is her new hair style,

I said it is very unique and cute,

the new hair style made her looked more maknae,

and she was happy to hear that.

The next member was Miya~~~

I greeted with Miya,

and asked her whether is she able to hear the background music playing at my place.

Miya said no,

so I tuned the volume.

(Even though the volume is already very high......)

Miya listened and found out that the background music is piano song,

so she asked me whether am I playing it on piano right now.

“Aniyo~~~”

I raised up both my hands to let Miya know that her guessing was wrong~

I explained that I played and pre-recorded it,

and now I am just replaying it.

Miya asked me to play the piano right now.

I said no,

our video call duration is so short,

and you still want me to waste time on playing piano?

If our video call is 5 minutes per member,

then okay, 

I will play the piano for you~

"Okay, next time 5 minutes!"

Obviously Miya is joking....

So I :“......” (-_-")

Actually.....

I can try to play the piano if the video call duration is 1.5 minutes per member,

but I thought today just 1 minute,

so I didn't prepare.

Next member was Seoryoung~~~

Since I already tune up the volume of my electronic keyboard,

I might as well let Seoryoung listen to my self-composed song.

Seoryoung put all her attention listening to it,

while I started to feel like I am just wasting my time with her.......

Then I told Seoryoung that nowadays I cannot go to Korea because of the pandemic,

Seoryoung told me must come Korea when everything gets better~

It is almost 1.5 minutes,

so Seoryoung said good bye to me.

Of course,

I still remember to show her a big heart,

to avoid her from questioning me again~~~

Seoryoung put both her hands together to show me a heart too~~~

Next was Soso~~~

"Ohh~~~ Who is it? Who is it? It has been such a long time~~~"

I teased Soso and she just keep on laughing.

Then I asked Soso that did she really already back to Korean at last year October,

and she said yes,

but the company didn't allow her to let the fans know until this promotion......

Frankly speaking,

I don't think that was a good idea,

so many Korean fans scolded Soso because they thought that she will not be back.

Anyway.....

I crossed my arms to pretend that I am angry and asked Soso to show me aegyo~~~

Soso hold her fists beside her cheeks,

and did the buing buing aegyo~~~

Ohh?

The same aegyo pose she did to me last time O_o

"The same aegyo pose?"

I was shocked that she repeated exactly the same aegyo at me,

when there are so many other aegyo LOL

Such a coincidence~~~

Especially when this buing buing aegyo is very meaningful to me.....

However,

Soso misunderstood that I didn't like that aegyo,

so she asked me what aegyo I want to see.

Since I am wearing a cute hat,

so I simply did an aegyo pose and Soso said that my aegyo is cuter than her.......

The following member was Minju~~~

Since Minju dyed her hair,

of course I must praise about her new hair colour~~~

Even though I still confused that she dyed her hair gold or silver.....

I said Minju now looked like a legendary god,

the Nine Tail Fox~~~

Minju was very happy to hear and laughed until her upper body was out of the camera LOL

Her reaction is definitely cute~~~

The last member was Seokyoung~

I originally had a plan to show Seokyoung a plain white paper,

then I will ask her to do a wink,

and I will take out another paper with words written on it,

and said that her wink did a wonder~~~

Turned up that...............

Seokyoung saw me and straight away showed me her wink,

claiming that her wink improved a lot!

Oh no Seokyoung!

You should follow my script...............

Anyway,

my plan was ruined and I can only praise about her wink....

and the whole video call was lead by Seokyoung~~~

That's all for my first video call with GWSN for this promotion.

It has been more than a year that I didn't talk with the members,

and I had six months never speak in Korean language,

so I was very nervous during the video call.

Well,

I can only hope that next video call I will be better~~~

At the month of July,

I finally receive the signed album for this video call:

Anne purposely write my name in Korean language and not in English.

I am touched even though there is a small mistake~

Then I check the polaroid sets and found that Anne's polaroid is put into different plastic sleeve:

Anne wrote a message for me~~~

I took out the polaroid from the sleeve,

and shocked to find out that the message wasn't written on the polaroid,

but on the plastic sleeve @_@

I didn't know anything at first and thought that Anne wanted to play a joke with me.

After having discussion with other Groos,

I realized that it is the Message Sleeve for just 7 people out of the 30 video call winners~~~

Wow~~~

That means my number was picked by Anne~~~

So happy~~~~

That's all for my first video call event,

and I joined two more after that.

I will share about that two video calls after I receive the signed albums.
